Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Blakmarket website or placing any order. By accessing our store or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

1.1 Blakmarket ("we," "us," "our") operates the online store accessible at blakmarket.in and associated Shopify storefront.

1.2 These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our store.

1.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on Blakmarket. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the order and registration process.

3. Products

3.1 We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is completely accurate, complete, or error-free.

3.2 Product colors may vary slightly due to display/screen calibration differences.

3.3 We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products and to discontinue any product at any time.

3.4 Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

4.2 We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking through our secure payment gateway.

4.3 Blakmarket reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4.4 For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery by our logistics partner.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

5.1 Orders are processed and dispatched through our trusted fulfillment and logistics partners.

5.2 Estimated delivery timelines are 4–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural pin codes may take longer.

5.3 Blakmarket is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

5.4 Once an order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/email.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6.2 To request a cancellation, contact us at support@blakmarket.in within 12 hours of placing the order.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and product descriptions — is the property of Blakmarket or its content partners and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blakmarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
