Refund policy

We want you to love every product you receive from Blakmarket. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or broken
  • The product is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
  • The product is significantly different from the description shown on our website

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (especially personal care, beauty, and hygiene products)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items purchased during special sales or marked as "non-returnable" on the product page

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@blakmarket.in within 5 days of receiving your order
  • Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs/video of the defective or incorrect item
  • Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no cost to you

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment source (UPI, card, etc.)
  • COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Please provide your bank/UPI details when raising the return request.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. If you'd like a different size, colour, or variant, please place a new order.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@blakmarket.in
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product (if eligible)
  • For COD orders, please do not refuse delivery — contact us first so we can assist you properly

6. Products Sourcing & Fulfillment Note

Blakmarket sources products through verified domestic and international product sourcing platforms and fulfills orders via trusted third-party logistics partners. All products listed on our store are quality-checked and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. In rare cases of stock unavailability or supplier-side issues, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative.
