1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders (unless stated otherwise on the product page)
No hidden charges

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can track your order through the courier partner's website or via the link provided.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD across most serviceable pin codes in India. COD availability is subject to your delivery area and order value.

6. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

Prepaid orders: A re-delivery can be arranged (re-shipping charges may apply) or a refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs
COD orders: No refund is applicable for refused or undelivered shipments due to customer-side issues
